IC Support of Oregon

IC Support of Oregon is dedicated providing important, accurate and hopeful information to the hundreds of Interstitial Cystitis sufferers in our region, and to providing a forum for mutual support and networking. We offer meetings every  month, with speakers, special exercises, and opportunities to learn more about managing IC symptoms while moving toward recovery.

We also encourage friendships and mentoring within the group. Social interaction and emotional support is a critical part of the recovery process. Recovery is possible. Our group also welcomes those who have succeeded, and who will share their ideas and strategies with you. IC Support of Oregon is an independent, non-profit, inclusive support group, which is not currently affiliated with a national organization.
